Our focus is not only on the species and ecosystems we already know, but also the vast "dark biodiversity": species, habitats, and interactions that remain largely undiscovered and poorly understood—despite potentially playing essential roles in planetary health and resilience.
How we work to uncover and protect biodiversity
HUB engages in research, conservation, and restoration activities. We also support training and education to inspire the next generation and equip them with the skills they need to understand and protect the natural world.
Who we are
We are a science-driven conservation organization which is highly agile, deeply grounded in research, and operating as a catalyst for impact. Hidden Universe: Biodiversity (HUB) is the public-facing name of the Antonelli Foundation for Biodiversity Research and Conservation Insamlingsstiftelse.
